The property is to be sold subject to the occupational leases the details of which (areas, rents per sq m, service charges per sq m and annual indexation) are set out in the attached Schedule 1. These occupational leases provided for rent (including any turnover rent provisions) of EUR X per annum and a service charge collection of EUR X per annum in 2005.
