(Usually done in connection with a classification survey or decision). MORE: A desk audit is simply an on-site review of the position using the job description and additional information gathered by the auditor from the incumbent and supervisor. A desk audit can be initiated by the incumbent, supervisor, department head, dean, vice chancellor, or Director of Human Resources. In all cases, a current signed job description is needed. In addition, a desk audit generally needs administrative approval. One reason for this approval is to insure that funds are available should the auditor make a recommendation for a classification change involving a salary increase. There are no central campus wage accounts to cover such increases; therefore, the department and/or higher organizational levels (dean, etc.) must have the funds to support any increase. Можно еще предложить что=нибудь типа "проверка выполнения (должностным лицом) функций согласно должностной инструкции" (длиннО). Вот еще попался в яндексе вариантик - "аттестация сотруника" (хотя в данном термине нет указания на то, что это происходит на его рабочем месте, однако функционально, пожалуй, подойдет) |

| Собственно, от "аттестации сотрудника" можно было бы перейти к "служебной аттестации". По смыслу, вроде бы подходит, да и выражение устоявшееся... |
