To assist its’ customers Schenck now provides the following services:
• Service Exchange Components.
Where it is possible to repair components, such as exciters, we offer a service exchange programme. This allows the end user to replace their exciter with the minimum down time and at a pre agreed cost structure. All service exchange components come with the original equipment manufacturers warranty. Only genuine parts made to the correct specifications are used.

Чтобы не ждать ремонта, они дают клиенту новую деталь на замену, а сломанную видимо забирают (это не сказано).
