Не уверена, но, боюсь, Вам придется изобретать новый русский термин. Это ценная бумага (сертификат), базируйщийся на корзине (как раз basket) фондовых индексов. Может быть, и написать что-то вроде "индексный сертификат на основе корзины фондовых индексов"? Все это большей частью ИМХО.
