The most widely used process in extracting hydrogen gas is via water electrolysis due to its high purity characteristic. In accordance with results of initial experimentation, the direction of magnetism significantly affects the direction of the Lorentz force, convection of electrolytic solution, effervescence, and the overall yield of the water electrolysis. Thus, through this project I strive to maximize the cost-efficiency of hydrogen production for industrial and commercial use via magneto-electrocatalysis.
