Подскажите, пожалуйста, как по-русский называется эта часть дисплея.

Frame Middle Mold plays a role of supporting the core components such as LED, Light Guide Plate, film, and cell.

Presumably 'Frame Middle Mold*' (marked No.3 in both drawings and in the list below the second drawing) is shorthand for 'The Frame['s] Middle Molding*', ie the piece of molded plastic 'sandwiched' between the front and rear moldings of the display, which helps to physically hold the other components (the LED, LGP etc) in place. (I'm not a TV engineer, though).

Это не крышка. Это рамка. Средняя

Едва рам(к)а. Схоже с понятием каркас, на который все встраивается.
