Уважаемые коллеги!

Помогите, пожалуйста, подобрать корректное словосочетание для "denied party", которое встречается в следующем контексте:

Vendor warrants and represents that, at the time of Buyer’s Order / of effectiveness
of this Order with Buyer, Vendor itself is not a Denied Party. Vendor shall notify
Buyer in writing without delay whenever Vendor becomes a Denied Party. Further Vendor
warrants and represents that it will not cause Buyer to directly or indirectly deal
with a Denied Party at any time.

Общий смысл понятен, но, возможно есть уже устоявшийся термин.

этот "уже устоявшийся термин" вам надо искать в дефинициях вашего же документа -- договора, или что он там из себя представляет
(не для красоты ведь он с больших буквов написан)
