прошу проверить мой перевод на английский двух предложений:

1)Вместе с тем, должен заметить, что ставшие, к сожалению, регулярными нарушения сроков поставок, существенно затрудняют нашу работу, вызывая обоснованное недовольство клиентов.= However, I must note unfortunately, violations of delivery time, more often than not, substantially complicate our work, causing legitimate grievances of the customers

2)Однако, если этого не произойдет, оставляем за собой право все же предъявить штрафные санкции.= However, if this does not happen, we reserve the right for delay damage.
