неоплаченные чеки могут быть. Могут ли быть неоплаченные тратты? Или непогашенные? И что значит "[uncleared] wire transfers" (если uncleared также относится к wire transfers)? Неавторизованные денежные (банковские) переводы?

If a check (UK: cheque)'s been 'cleared', it means that it's been written by A, sent to B, taken by B to his bank, and the value of the check debited from A's bank account and paid into (credited to) B's bank account. B's bank then sends the check back to A's bank. The check is then 'cleared'.

If it's 'uncleared', the above process has begun but hasn't been completed.

'Outstanding' just means 'not yet paid'.
