Господа, подскажите, что это за "On-Sale"? Поисковики не выручают - наверное, понимаете, почему. Фраза взята из договора купли-продажи. За ней следует вот такой пассаж:

"As at the date hereof, there are no proposed arrangements for the on-sale of any Utility Services to the Buyer by the Owners Association".

Больше слово нигде не упоминается.

I've never heard of 'on-sale'. It could be a word used only in the utility industry or in law, or it could have been invented by the author to mean 'selling (sth) on', or there could be a word missing after 'on-', eg 'on-site sale'.

.... or there could be a word missing after 'sale' -- eg 'on-sale transfer', similar to eg 'an on-demand payment' = 'a payment on demand'.

Other than that, I've no idea what it means. Try Alex16 and others who know a bit more than me about English legal terminology.
