Помогите понять пункт 3 из ППР по подъему ресивера воздуха краном

1. Load is stabilized, rigger hoist up as per requirement - начинаем подъем
2. Main crane will be hoist up and boom down until vertical position of equipment - груз поднят
3. Start the smooth swing toward clock wise direction - поворот крана
4. Кigger foreman instruct the operator to begin the lowering the equipment final position - опускаем груз.

то есть груз поднимается лебедкой, а стрела при этом идет вниз?
