Речь идёт о служебных помещениях завода. Тем более, "комната отдыха для самолёта" уж совсем не клеится)

'Room' and 'accommodation' are tautological here. I would ignore the 'room' altogether and just translate 'accommodation'.

Also aircraft aren't kept in rooms; they're kept in hangars and other buildings. So I assume there's a word missing here -- possibly '[aircraft] personnel', as someone has suggested, or possibly some other word.
