Subject: Hardly paying any (corporate) taxes at all tax.
Друзья, помогите перевести фразу "Hardly paying any (corporate) taxes at all".

Что-то вообще нет никаких идей.

Контекст ниже:

"However, CSR companies should take one more step in endorsing a less narrow and formalistic view on (tax) law, one that argues that tax is a body of rules itself grounded in principles that make up the internal morality of law. Therefore, they should take these principles seriously because, as they accept ethical obligations beyond the law, they should certainly accept ethical obligations embedded in the law – conceived of not simply as a body of rules. Hardly paying any (corporate) taxes at all prima facie fails to do justice to these principles. This is the answer to the question of whether the legal system contains specific guidelines for ethical conduct that go beyond the (letter of the) law"

смысл - практически не уплачивая налоги/сводя налоговые платежи к мин., компании нарушают на эти принципы

Спасибо, получается: "Неуплата каких-либо (корпоративных) налогов в целом"

"в целом" - нет
"at all" = совсем не (платить)

Hardly paying ..... at all

Hardly paying any (corporate) taxes at all prima facie fails to do justice to these principles.

Практически полный уход от уплаты каких-либо (корпоративных) налогов, прежде всего, не соответствует этим принципам.

'Hardly any (money/rain/animals/taxes/etc)' = 'almost no (money/rain/animals/taxes/etc)'

The thing it refers to (money, rain or whatever) can be either countable or uncountable.

'Hardly any .... at all' is a (very slightly) more emphatic version of 'hardly any .... '.
