Добрый день! Хотела уточнить пару пунктов из трудового договора.
1) Payment of any and all additional bonuses in addition to the specified remuneration is voluntary and depends exclusively on Employer’s discretion. No claims for payment of such voluntary bonuses can either be made in the case of such payments repeated without any reservations.
Здесь интересует второе предложение, а именно in the case of such payments repeated without any reservations - не пойму смысл - о каком резервировании речь?

2) In the case of termination of this Contract, Employer may relieve Employee from rendering the work adding the number of due holidays.

...Работодатель может освободить Работника от выполнения работы, добавляющей дни к отпуску?

I'm not a legal expert, but....

It could be being used as a phrase 'without any reservations' to mean 'without any exceptions', rather than as a single word 'reservations'.

'Without any reservations' normally means 'unconditionally', as in "I would recommend this (builder/dentist/etc) without any reservations".
