During and after the term of this Agreement you agree that "COMPANY" shall, in its sole discretion and without further notice to you, have a right to set off and apply net remittances payable and such other assets of funds of yours in the possession, custody or control of "COMPANY" or any of its affiliates, in whole or in part (as "COMPANY" shall elect) against any amount owing at any time to "COMPANY" by you, including, but not limited to (i) debit balance in Broker Introduced Client accounts; (ii) error accounts; or (iii) expenses paid or advanced by FIXI on behalf of Broker (iv) costs or compensation, whether actual or anticipated in respect of any claims or cases brought against "COMPANY" in respect of transactions undertaken by Introduced Clients introduced by Broker

не могу сообразить относительно этой части "...to set off and apply net remittances payable and such other assets of funds of yours in the possession, custody or control of "COMPANY" or any of its affiliates..."
