Из договора:
The Scope of WORK of the CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR consists in the execution of all instrumentation works such as:
...
Detailed design and installation of secondary routing (pneumatic/electric) from the instrument up to the junction, through reserved space for main secondary routing and relevant connection

Не совсем понимаю "through reserved space for main secondary routing". Сначала подумала, что, может быть, пропущено "and" и должно быть "through reserved space for main and secondary routing", но далее по тексту идет такой фрагмент:

Instrument main cable routing drawing (including the reserved space for instrument Main Secondary cable routing)

По магистрали пойдет дополнительное число линий (снабжения воздухом/электропитанием).
Что-то потипу: зарезервированное пространство на магистрали для прокладки дополнительных линий (уже в будущем)

The cable routing between the junctions boxes/local panels and the instruments are called secondary cable routing,.
