Хотела бы уточнить значение фраз interest in real property or a real right in immovables, а также an interest in, or for civil law a right in timber resource properties

Судя по недавнему ответу toast2 на мой вопрос об interest применительно к трастам, interest может переводиться как "право требования". В выделенных мной случаях тоже имеется в виду противопоставление между правом требования и вещным правом? Буду очень признательна за помощь специалистам форума по юридическому переводу.

o (c) in the case of a corporation or trust that is not resident in Canada, including a corporation or trust that files a return under this Part in accordance with subsection 216(1) in respect of the year, 40% of the amount, if any, by which

В Канаде нет единой системы права. Федеральные законы регламентируют относительно небольшой круг вопросов, который отнесен Конституцией к ведению Парламента и федерального правительства. Имущественное право, тем временем, практически полностью находится в ведении провинций. Большинство провинций придерживаются принципов общего права, а вот в Квебеке по историческим причинам существует гражданский кодекс. Федеральные законы при этом пишутся так, чтобы их можно было применять в любой провинции, отсюда и постоянные перескоки в терминологии.
