Subject: to recover the unpaid Products from the installments already paid by Distributo gen. Title to the Products shall pass to Distributor only upon payment in full of the purchase price thereof to ХХХ S.p.A.. Moreover, should Distributor fail to pay the purchase price of the Products, ХХХ S.p.A. shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, to recover the unpaid Products from the installments already paid by Distributor.Право собственности на Продукцию переходит к Дистрибьютору только после оплаты полной ее стоимости фирме ХХХ S.p.A.. Кроме того, если Дистрибьютор не оплачивает полную стоимость продукции, ХХХ S.p.A имеет право расторгнуть настоящий Договор, потребовать возврата неоплаченной Продукции из очередного взноса, уже оплаченного Дистрибьютором.
