У меня получилось: предоставлять такие полномочия с добавлением или с исключением и взамен всех или любых полномочий Директоров в этом отношении

алешаBG - к сожалению, не очень поняла, как поможет Ваша ссылка. В ней написано, что во фрагменте договора фраза осталась случайно, а у меня устав, они делаются по образцу закона о компаниях, здесь вряд ли опечатка
