Прошу просмотреть перевод на наличие ошибок и построения:

оригинал: Переход права собственности на товар осуществляется только после полной оплаты за Товар. Датой перехода права собственности является дата выписки транспортной накладной, при погрузке Товара в транспортное средство, нанятое Покупателем, на складе Поставщика.

перевод: Title to the Goods should only pass following full payment of the Goods. The date of title to the Goods is the date when Consignment Note is issued at the moment of Goods loading to transport hired by the Buyer at the Supplier’s warehouse.
