The steps of our turnaround process include:

Develop Intial Scope

Align turnaround budget and schedule with business objectives As you plan for your next turnaround, we will meet with you to document & identify success factors and create alignment with your key performance indicators and business objective.

Initiate Planning

We plan a plant walk-through to conduct pre-turnaround online diagnostic testing to assess the condition of your assets, determining which assets will need work and what work is required.
We'll establish the details of the project, prioritize needs, and examine the impact on the overall process.

Refine Scope

Based on the asset health information, an experienced turnaround personnel can then refine the scope by reevaluating KPI's, asset criticality, and maintenance goals to help recognize a maximum return on investment during the turnaround process

Finalise Planning

Once the scope of work has been clearly defined and a schedule has been developed we’ll create a plan for each element of the execution and allocate test equipment, parts, materials, and labor resources.
This way the execution of the turnaround is done efficiently, safely and without unexpected events.

Turnaround Execution
