Given that the long-term capacity purchase agreement (CPA) has been signed in
June, the Implementation Agreement has been under discussion, the Share Purchase
Agreement, Framework Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, EPC Contract were signed in
2012, while other documents (e.g. coal supply and transport agreements) have generally been drafted leaving us to handle bespoke requests regarding them, it seems the thrust of work in the next months is on the financing, working in cooperation with XXX – work which
