Подскажите правильно ли я поняла и перевела след. текст (а именно фразу recoupable from)
With respect to an initial printing of 1500 (one thousand five hundred) copies of the Translation to be sold at the proposed retail catalogue price equivalent to US$ 20.00 (twenty US Dollars), the Publisher shall pay to the Proprietor upon the full execution of this Agreement the sum of US$ 6,000 (six thousand US Dollars), excluding 18% VAT, which shall be a non-returnable advance recoupable from any and all royalties due to the Proprietor hereunder (hereinafter called the "Advance")
Что касается первого печатания 1,500 (одной тысячи пятьсот) экземпляров Перевода на продажу по предложенной розничной цене по каталогу, равной 20.00 (двадцать долларов США), Издатель должен после полного исполнения настоящего Соглашения уплатить Владельцу 6,000 (шесть тысяч долларов США), за минусом НДС 18%, который является невозвратным авансом, возмещаемым со всех роялти, причитающихся Владельцу по настоящему Соглашению (в дальнейшем именуемый "Аванс")
