1. This Contract is concluded between the owners of the Bank, which acts on behalf of the Acting Chairman of ___________, duly authorized on it, on the one hand, and Work collective in the person of Head Council of the work collective of the Bank _______________, selected and special duly authorized on it by Work collective.
2. The Parties define the authority of each other and convent to following the principles of partnership: equal rights of the Parties, mutual responsibility, constructive and argumentation during the holding of collective negotiations by conclusion of the contract, introduction of changes and addition to it, solving all questions of social and economic and work relations.
3. This Contract is concluded, according to the relevant legislation of Ukraine.
4. The rules and provinsions of this Contract act directly and are responsible for observance by the Parties signatory it and too for all employees of the Bank.
5. Action of this Contract is extended to all employees of the Bank.
6. The present contract comes into force after signing by the representatives of parties.
