Коллеги, большое спасибо за участие!!!!!) есть такой вариант, но он, как выяснилось не устраивает :
есть подать заявление на продление первоначальной заявки и обеспечить соответствие применяемым нормам летной годности, которые действовали на дату, выбранную Заявителем, но не ранее даты, предшествующей дню выдачи Сертификата типа, до предельного срока, установленного пунктом (b) для первоначальной заявки
