Subject: Соглашение о Лицензии gen. Прошу помочь с переводом следующего абзаца:Спасибо 4.13 Payment for the Finished Products shall fall due as aforesaid in respect of each consignment of the Finished Products despite the fact that title therein has not passed to Chimo and the BIO shall accordingly be entitled to sue for the price once the same is due notwithstanding the fact that title in the said consignment has not so passed. |
