Yep, you are right. Although I don't know how to say it in Russian. Reasonable Accomodation--the employer must be willing to reasonably accomodate an employee's disability. This means that if I use a wheel chair, my employer needs to make sure that my office is whide enough to fit that chair. Of course, if I have a certain ailement that makes me take a break every 15 minutes for two hours, the employer may refuse to hire me because it is not reasonable for him to accomodate me. I am not sure what exactly is meant by Supplemental Qualifications. EEO = Equal Employment Opportunity -- the employer must treat all potential and existing employees the same without regard to gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, etc. |
