Subject: Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary gen. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, no action arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or Х's obligations hereunder, regardless of form, may be brought by Customer more than twelve (12) months after the facts giving rise to the cause of action have occurred, regardless of whether those facts by that time are known to, or reasonably ought to have been discovered by Customer.
