Я так понимаю это предлож: Чьи права будут нарушены, если фирма объявит себя отдельной единицей - а вот дальше, не пойму к чему это sue. как то не вяжется- объявит себя отдельной единицей, чтобы привлекать к суду и быть привлеченными к суду...
