САНКЦИИ

1. В случае задержки в поставке Оборудования, Продавец оплачивает Покупателю штраф в размере 0,5 % от стоимости не поставленного в срок Оборудования за каждую полную неделю в течение первых 4-х недель просрочки и 1 % за каждую последующую полную неделю. Общая сумма штрафа за задержку поставки не может превышать 5% от общей стоимости Контракта.
2. Если просрочка в поставке Оборудования превысит 3 месяца, Покупатель вправе аннулировать Контракт полностью или частично без возмещения Продавцу каких-либо расходов или убытков, вызванных аннулированием Контракта.
3. В случае аннулирования Контракта, Продавец обязан перевести на счет Покупателя сумму штрафа за задержку поставки и в течение двух недель возвратить произведенные Покупателем авансовые и другие платежи по Контракту. В случае форс-мажорных обстоятельств, штрафы не начисляются.
4. За нарушение сроков оплаты, установленных настоящим Контрактом, Покупатель оплачивает штраф в размере 0,5 % от суммы просроченного платежа за каждую полную неделю в течение первых 4-х недель просрочки и 1 % за каждую последующую полную неделю. Общая сумма штрафа за просрочку оплаты не может превышать 5 % от общей стоимости Контракта.

1. In the event of delay in delivery of the Equipment the Seller shall pay to the Buyer the penalty in the amount of 0,5% of the price of the undelivered on time Equipment for each full week during the first 4 weeks of delay and 1% for each subsequent full week. The total amount of the penalty for delay in delivery shall not exceed 5% of the total value of the Contract.
2. If the delay in deliver of the Equipment exceeds 3 months the Buyer may in part or in whole terminate the Contract without compensation to the Seller for costs and losses caused by the termination thereof.
3. In the event of the termination of the Contract the Seller shall transfer to the Buyer’s bank account the amount of penalty for the delay in delivery and for two weeks shall return to the Buyer the advances and other payments under the Contract. In case of force-majeure the penalties shall not be charged.
4. For violation of the terms of payment determined by the present Contract, the Buyer shall pay the penalty in the amount of 0,5% of the price of the delayed payment for each full week during the first 4 weeks of delay and 1 % for each subsequent full week. The total amount of the penalty for delay in payment shall not exceed 5% of the total value of the Contract.

Sanctions - возможно лучше PENALTIES, тогда все penalties become FINES, 4. а сумма просроченного платежа - the amount in arrears as at the end of each full week following and 1% thereafter. The fine total shall not exceed ...
Ну и аннулирование контракта - м.б cancellation (rescission) - termination понимают шире - это может быть по окончании срока действия, исполнением контракта и т.д.
