Добрый день, коллеги. Помогите, пожалуйста, понять значение данного пункта из страхового полиса. A claim for indemnity payments due to an insured event covered in accordance with this policy will not proscribe as long as the third party claim against the insured has not proscribed. Другого контекста по этому поводу нет.
