Уважаемые знатоки, очень нужна ваша помощь:
Есть пункт о прекращении действия соглашения.
В том пункте есть следующее:
Clauses 5 and 6 shall survive the termination of this Agreement. All other terms that are expressed to or that can be implied to be intended to shall survive termination of this agreement.
Интересует второе предложение. Я правильно понимаю:
All other terms shall survive termination - terms that are expressed to (survive termination) or that can be implied to be intended to (survive termination) ?
Может быть, есть устойчивая формулировка этого пункта в русском языке? Спасибо!

поверьте, с shall survive termination я, хоть и ценой невероятных усилий, но справилась! %))

т.е. я так понимаю:
Clauses 5 and 6 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
All other terms that are expressed to or that can be implied to be intended to survive termination of this agreement shall so survive.

устойчивая формулировка? Вы об этом? или как?
either expressed to or that can be implied to be intended to - как прямые (=явно выраженные), так и подразумеваемые/презюмируемые...
