PROSAFE has the honour to invite you to the Spring ‘13 General Assembly (GA) Meeting, which will be organized
in connection with the JA2011 Workshop in Brussels.
The JA2011 Workshop will be organized as a two-day event from 14th May to 15th May 2013. The GA Meeting will
take place on 14th May 2013. On the second day of the workshop, the Customs are invited as well. The
programme of the events will be published in due course. For more information please check our website.
The venue is the EFTA Secretariat Building, where PROSAFE is located:

Your presence at each of the above mentioned events is greatly appreciated. Please confirm your attendance
to info@prosafe.org before 6th May 2013, specifying clearly on which days you will join us. This clear separation
is very much needed for our internal administration.
As mentioned, the GA Meeting is organized in combination with the Workshop, part of the Joint Actions 2011.
Unfortunately, the consequence is that reimbursement is available for only one participant of this specific
Action from each Member State. Otherwise stated, people interested to attend the GA meeting, who do not
participate in JA2011, cannot be reimbursed. Nevertheless they are very welcome to attend!
Regarding the accommodation, be kindly informed that Brussels is a very busy city in this period, thus we
advise you to book your hotel as soon as possible.
