Из пункта дистриб. соглашения Effect of Termination:

Distributor further understands that these termination rights are absolute, nonexclusive and independent of any other remedies which may be available at law or in equity. Neither Party shall incur any liability for damages, loss or expenses incurred by the other incident to a Party's termination of the Agreement in accordance with its terms.

Ни одна из сторон не несет ответственность за убытки, понесенные ... ???? в связи с расторжением данного соглашения.???
