Предполагаемая структура позволит этим организациям сохранить небольшую долю в компании, чтобы обеспечить .... (не понимаю что...) 2. The remaining 1.5% will remain with the current shareholders of XXX– this can be seen as the cost of the transaction, but keeps a strong shareholder base and is cheaper than an ordinary listing. Оставшиеся 1,5% останутся у действующих акционеров «XXX» - это можно рассматривать как стоимость сделки, ....... и дешевле, чем обычный листинг Очень срочно. Хотя бы смысл... спасибо заранее. |
