Subject: 1W+1S gen. The extrusion & pelletizing unit consist of Two extruder lines as specified in this specifications and in data sheet under clause no : 4.1 (Equipment list) and each line shall include as a minimum , but not limited to the following :• Main extruder - complete mixer, including rotor , barrel, barrel jackets, shaft seals (mechanical seal & melt seal) at feed and discharge (if applicable), discharge pressure rating and control, over pressurization protection. • Main extruder gear box, coupling, and guards. • Lube oil unit consisting tank / gear box casing, suction strainers, lube oil pumps (1W+1S), oil cooler without stand by (1W) , oil filters (1W+1S) , piping, valves , PSVs, TCV, electric heater , fine filtering unit and instrumentation for main gear reducer Спасибо! |
