Описание: Проведено МР-томографическое исследование грудного отдела
позвоночника и спинного мозга, ось позвоночника имеет кифотическую деформацию с вершиной на уровне Th7\8, за счет клиновидной деформации тел позвонка Th 8 Клиновидность тела Th8 позвонка обусловлена разрушением кранио-вентральных отделов тела. Кранио-дорзальный угол вызывает сужение позвоночного канала, сдавление спинного мозга. Спинной мозг на уровне сдавления истончен, целостность его не нарушена. Межпозвонковые диски Тh 7/ 8 и Тh 8/9 дегенерированы. пролабирования указанных дисков не определяется.

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: Застарелый клиновидный проникающий перелом тела позвонка Тh 8: рекомендовано уточнить по рентгенограммам. Компрессия спинного мозга за счет кранио-дорзального угла Тh 8. Постконтузионная миелопатия на уровне Th 7/ 8. Целостность спинного мозга не нарушена.

Description: MR-imaging examination of thoracic spine and spinal cord was conducted. Spinal axis has kyphoic deformation with a height at the level of Th7\8 due to sphenic deformation of vertebral body Th8. Sphenicity of vertebral body Th8 associated by destruction of ventral region of body. Dorsal angle induce spinal canal arctation and spinal cord compression. At the level of compression Spinal cord was drawn, its integration undeformed. Intervertebral cartilages Тh7/ 8 and Тh8/9 are degenerated, prolapse of mentioned intervertebral cartilages are not defined.

Conclusion: Deep-rooted sphenic infiltrative breakup of vertebral body Th8: recommend to clarify on X-ray images and compression of spinal cord due to dorsal angle Th8. Postcontusional myelopathy at the level of Тh7/ 8. Integration of spinal cord is not undeformed.
