раз они приобретаются "by way of assignment, transfer, novation, sub-participation..." - похоже на права...

С интересами я бы правда предложил оставить «интересы», потому как это самое общее слово, охватывающее всё, шире прав.

Но мне очень странно такое сочетание, потому что… как проценты-то у них называются?..
