A mismatch of about s > 2.0 results in fast transmitter shutdown. Mismatch is monitored by comparing the voltage proportional to the reflected power Urefl with a reference voltage. The voltage Urefl is coupled out in the feed line monitor and applied to input amplifier N 11 in the output monitor, where the balanced voltage to converted to an unbalanced one.
