Есть договор на architectural and construction services. На разных этапах встречаются specifications, и я засомневался

проектная документация:
1. Prepare preliminary outline specifications - "общие технические условия" как то встречал - ?

рабочая документация:
2. Prepare dimensioned and coordinated plans, specifications, and other Construction Documents ...for use in construction, for obtaining construction permits ... (ТУ? спецификации?)
3. prepare specifications for purchase and installation of furniture...and prepare dimensioned installation drawings

строительство:
4. Receive from contractor(s) as-built drawings and prepare record drawings and specifications of as-built conditions based on information provided by the contractor(s). (чертежи и спецификации к ним, походу)

1. У вас же они не "генеральные". Pre-outline (предварительный, вчерне сделанный вариант спеков)
2. Лучше спецификации. ТУ более узкий тип. К тому же с отменой гостирования лучше стремиться к своим ТРам.
