tual interpretation. We recall from the Statement of Claim that it follows di-
rectly from the wording ꖠreflectꅰ in the first paragraph of the Price Review
clause of the Contract that the determination of the ꠀlevel of pricesꄐ must start
with an analysis of the price formula set out in Article 8 of the Contract. The
analysis of the formula shows that it is based on the historical Indifference
Principle for gas price formation, cf. Sections ** and ** Statement of
