Трехфазовый ввод в 4160 В расплавился (что-то там заискрило под stabs размыкающего переключателя) - чушь какаия-то. Помогите, пожалуйста. Вот контекст:

As part of the isolation process to perform repairs on 320PP02, An electrician was opening the disconnect switch for the motor starter so the isolation officer could place a lock on it. While opening the disconnect switch an arc flash occurred. The isolation officer and project manager were standing away from the breaker during the task but witnessed the arc flash. They described the event as an explosion and observed a ball of fire that came out from the cubicle and engulfed the electrician. The electrician was uninjured due to the arc flash protection he was wearing which included: gloves, hood/face shield, pants and coat. Damage was primarily contained to the PP02 cubicle, with some minor smoke damage to adjacent cubicles. The three-phase 4160 volt Bus had melted and arced below the stabs for the PP02 Disconnect Switch.

Мда-а... И такое бывает, хорошо, хоть без жертв...
В результате этого самого дугового разряда трехфазная шина 4160 В (чёт-то какое-то не совсем стандартное число для напряжения, КМК) оплавилась и получила электродуговые повреждения под ножами рубильника PP02.
