Subject: mortgages and suretyships granted in favour of law The Advance shall, at the instruction of the Sellers and in full discharge of the Purchaser’s obligation to pay such to the Sellers, be paid to Limited Liability Company XXX, provided that XXX has obtained the prior confirmation of OJSC “Sberbank of Russia” (“Sberbank”) that immediately upon such payment being made, Sberbank shall withdraw the entire amount of the Advance and in consideration thereof (without the need for further payment or action by any person) release the Company from its mortgages and suretyships granted in favour of Sberbank in connection with the credit agreements between Sberbank and XXX.
