A. Semi-Automatic
1. Press the start button of control power to turn on the power, then the power
indicator would be light at this moment.
2. Place the selection switch and press-button of crane at the position for
semi-automatic.
3. Push up the cross switch to rise it, and wait for it until the up limit is working,
the crane will be automatically terminated.
4. Push down the cross switch to fall it, and wait for it until the down limit is
working, the crane will be automatically terminated.
5. Push right the cross switch to forward the crane at high speed. After the cross
switch is released, the crane would be forwarded from high speed to slow
speed. It will automatically stop at the position of the metal strip.
6. Push left the cross switch to backward the crane at high speed. After the
cross switch is released, the crane would be backward from high speed to slow
speed. It will automatically stop at the position of the metal strip.
7. If the crane does not stop at the position of the metal strip, please press the
button of emergency stop, then the crane will be stop moving immediately.
8. When the crane stop at the position out of the metal strip, then the crane can
not function up & down movement.
9. Regarding the option of motion switch, choose [manual] for continuous
motion; [stop] for complete stop motion; and [auto] for automatically stop
after the barrel lift to the highest limit and the motor automatically stop after
couples seconds.
10 The time adjustment of motor running for barrel rolling would be set up by
human and computer to control the adjustment.

Crane Upper Stop Time: When the drip time of barrel is insufficient, here can extend
the time.
On the left hand side top of the panel, there is a key of the barrel wash time, please enter this page to review the work time of barrel in the tank.
One the right hand side bottom of the panel, it displays 4 sets of successive tanks about their position from the start station and out of it.

Place the barrel to the definite position, and move the crane to the assigned
Position (Each tank with triangle marks are mentioned for the barrel assign
position from the drawing.)
2. Please confirm & check the barrel place on the position according to the marks,
then move the crane to the assigned position where there is marks. (Each tank
with A.B. & triangle marks are mentioned as the crane assign position from
