Subject: to obtain net value law Подскажите, пожалуйста, что имеется ввиду под "to obtain net value"(в конце данного пункта соглашения.-If the Lessor, for any reason fails to register the lease hold of thу Condominium Unit as specified in Clause ХХ herein, the Lessor agrees to pay the Lessee a monetary penalty equal to the prevailing/market value of the Condominium Unit and all things permanently affixed or attached thereto at the time thereof whereby such market value shall be assessed and determined by a real estate appraisal company chosen jointly by the Lessee and the Lessor and completed within ninety (ХХ) days from the date of default by the Lessor according to this Clause which the Lessor agrees to pay to the Lessee within thirty (ХХ) days from the date the real estate appraisal company presents the Lessor and Lessee with written notice advising the said market value. In such case, the proportioned rental for the used lease term shall be calculated in order to obtain net value... Заранее благодарю. |
| по смыслу: рыночная стоимость кондо со всем, что ему принадлежит, плюс невнесенные за прошедший срок аренды платежи. ИМХО |
