Добрый день,
в общем то никакого контекста нет, есть вопрос по аббревиатурам.

2- Other possibility :
KTG = 1.04 with soil temperature of 15°C (same as soil temperature at 0.000 m) (cable section can be reduced of 4%)
KSTR = 1 with Thermal Soil resistivity of 2.5K.m/W
KTA = 1 with air temperature of 30°C.

KSTR это не показатель работы микроорганизмов, и не slope of the structural shrinkage.
Речь я так понимаю идет о температурных характеристиках почв и сопротивлении.

возможно, TG - ground temperature, TA - air temperature, STR - Soil Thermal Resistivity
K - rating factor?
