Установка разделения воздуха:

Normal stop is according to the following procedures:
a. Open expander bypass valve（V506），close slowly the inlet valve of expander ，turn up throttle valve of liquid air and liquid nitrogen to speed up liquid of lower column entering upper column，but the pressure of upper column should not be exceed the set pressure.
b. Open oxygen vent valve, and close oxygen sending valve.
c. Discharge liquid in the bottom of lower column and condenser-evaporator（V520）、（V521）, and ***not directly put it on the ground.

Я так понимаю, что нужно эту жидкость выпустить, но не на землю? или я что-то из другой оперы говорю...

Имхо, да, слить не на землю, а в bottom of lower column или в condenser-evaporator
