Добрый день, помогите разобраться со второй частью (начиная с "the option of carrying out this MoU subject to....)вот этого предложения, пожалуйста:In such an event the other Party may at its option, as an alternative to giving notice of termination, give the receiver, liquidator or other person charged with carrying on the business of the other Party, the option of carrying out this MoU subject to his providing a guarantee, up to an amount to be agreed, for the due and faithful performance of the remainder of this MoU.
Что за his? к чему оно относится вообще?
