Вот как-то так выходит:

I have a small request to you.
Could you please move your visit to the week from 31st of October.
I did not know about your intention to visit Kharkov brewery, I had asked a three days leave (October 24, 25 and 26) from Daniel.
It`s bad that next week Svetlana won't be either.
We understand that this is a very serious project and we would like to meet you and talk to you as your experience could help us to be better prepared to production.
Once again, I do apologize.
If I knew that you arrive, I would postpone my leave.
