При отказе отдельных участников Общества от использования преимущественного права покупки доли или части доли в уставном капитале Общества либо использовании ими преимущественного права покупки не всей предлагаемой для продажи доли или не всей предлагаемой для продажи части доли другие участники Общества могут реализовать преимущественное право покупки доли или части доли в уставном капитале Общества в соответствующей части пропорционально размерам своих долей в пределах оставшейся части срока реализации ими преимущественного права покупки доли или

Should any of the Company’s partner/participant waive their right of preemption/preemptive right to acquire shares or a part of shares in the equity capital of the Company or exercise their right of preemption to acquire shares or a part of shares to be sold (тут не знаю как написать. «покупка не всей» – т.е. получается покупка части части что ли..) any other participant may exercise their right of preemption to acquire their respective shares or a part of the shares proportionate to the percentage of shares owned in the equity capital within the remaining timeframe during which they have been entitled to exercise their right of preemption.

Should any of the Company's members waive their preemption right in respect of an interest or a portion thereof in the Company's equity or [choose to] exercise their right of preemption in respect of but a fraction of such interest or portion thereof being sold, the remaining Company members may exercise their preemption right in respect of such interest or portion thereof in the Company's equity or of the remainaing fraction of such interest or portion thereof as the case may be pro rata their respective interests and within the time left for the exercise of their preemption rights.
